Compliment or complaint

Halo has an energising and motivating Halo programme, which we implement as carefully as possible. You may be less happy with it. We aim to resolve simple complaints immediately, without you having to fill in a form. Discuss your finding with the Halo professional who is involved. We will do all we can to resolve it as soon as possible.

Do you have a complaint that needs more attention or explanation? Then fill in the form below. You will receive a response from us within five working days at the latest, with the aim of solving it as adequately and quickly as possible.

Of course, we would also love to hear from you if you are very happy with our service. Your compliments motivate us and contribute to optimal service.
