- Does my employer know my password?
No, upon awarding the training by your employer, you will receive an email from Greenhabit with a username and temporary password. You will need to change this password when you log into the game. This ensures your privacy.
- I can't connect to the internet or the game doesn't work, what should I do?
Follow the steps below to solve the problem:
- Airplane mode off: check that Airplane mode is off by going to Settings > Airplane mode or check the icon airplane.
- Internet connection: check that you are connected to the internet. Check your Wifi or 3G/4G icon.
- Restart: turn off your device and turn on your device again.
- Verify that all updates are in place on your device (check your device manual for the steps).
- Game reinstall: if all of the above doesn’t work, uninstall the Game and then go ahead and reinstall the Game again install on your device.
- The game crashes and won't work anymore
- Option 1: Log out via the settings button (top right) and then log back in.
- Option 2: Uninstall the app from your smartphone and reinstall the game.
Your data will be retained in both options.
- I cannot log into the game
If you are unable to log in, it could be due to a number of reasons:
- Username incorrect:your username can be found in the welcome email you received at the beginning of the course.
- Password incorrect: Check whether you are using the correct data. Note uppercase and lowercase letters. If you have lost or forgotten the password, you can ask your employer to generate a new password for you. You will then receive a temporary password in your mail, which you can use to log back into the app.
- How can I earn points in the Game?
The challenges show the number of points you can earn by completing the challenge.
- How can I reset my password?
Click forgot password.
- I want to turn off the sound. How do I do that?
In the settings (“adventure” button at the top left) you can turn off the sound, among other things.
- Is it possible to pause the game?
No, Halo-habits is a course that lasts for 12 consecutive weeks. You can’t pause these in between, because Halo strives that you should be aware of the 5 elements in all circumstances so that you come into balance.
- I got a new phone, will I lose everything now?
You can download the greenhabit game on your new phone and then use your login information to log in again. Your content is available again.
